AC fell and ruined my bowling alley floor

I own a local bowling alley and I have a big mess on my hands.

I don’t make a whole lot with bowling in my small town.

So I don’t have a lot of money laying around for repairs. I have just enough money to get new shoes, balls and the floor professionally waxed once a year. Well, I should have seen this repair coming. The bowling alley AC device sits high on the wall of my building. It had been slowly rusting and dying for years. I figured one day the AC would not turn on and I would need to buy a new one. I should have figured that the AC system leaks water, so the metal attaching it the wall would rust. Well, one day I came into work and the entire AC unit was smashed on the floor of my business. Not only is the AC not able to be saved with some repairs, the floor is totally wrecked. The cooling unit fell from very high up, hard and it weighs a ton. The cooling device left a sizeable dent and took chips out of the floor. Getting the floor redone, stripped and waxed is going to cost a fortune. I then will need a new cooling unit too. I don’t want another wall mounted AC unit either because of this. Central air conditioning is more expensive though. I don’t know how I am going to afford these two repairs and keep my business running. I never anticipated something like this happening. I might need to fundraise for new AC.
