I called the HVAC contractor last week, so I could make an appointment to have the yearly maintenance performed. Ever since our partner plus I have performed yearly maintenance on the HVAC equipment, we have noticed some more affordable utility bills and a cleaner indoor air conditions, then the yearly HVAC appointment covers all of the crucial parts of the unit. Each of these components are carefully evaluated for wear plus tear plus any signs of problems, but i waited a few days for the HVAC meeting, which was saturday morning. I stayed home from work that day just so I could be there when the HVAC serviceman arrived. I spent the morning now working on household chores, like ironing some clothes for the kids, vacuuming the residing room, plus making a nice dinner for the family. The HVAC serviceman arrived perfectly on time for our appointment, and he was finished with the evaluation before dinner time. I spent the morning in the office, going through some paperwork plus signing some documents. I was happy to hear that the HVAC plan was running smoothly with no problems. This morning, I left for work like it was any other average morning, at precisely 9:30 this morning, the HVAC contractor called our desk. They kept telling me that the serviceman was at our front door, plus asked if I needed to reschedule the appointment. I told the office that our appointment was the previous morning, and everything went totally smooth. I heard the office receptionist sigh, plus then she said I’m sorry. I certainly wasn’t pissed off, however someone else wasted their time driving all the way to the house.
