Causing an a/c malfunction

Before purchasing our current home, my wife as well as I hired a licensed Heating as well as Air Conditioning business to completely inspect the gas furnace as well as central cooling system.  We wanted to make sure the component was in peak laboring order as well as would last for quite a few more years. Once we moved into the home, my wife as well as I started on renovations. There was lots of things we wanted to replace.  We tore down walls, ripped up floors, upgraded windows, as well as bought current appliances. We added more electrical outlets, upgraded the overhead fixtures, as well as installed current kitchen cupboards as well as countertops. The remodeling project took us more than 2 months to complete, as well as we generated a great deal of dust as well as debris.  We figured it was best not to operate the cooling system while we were laboring on the house. We kept the windows open to take advantage of a bit of ventilation. Because we started the work in the early Spring, by the end of the job, the outside weather had warmed up considerably. The home was starting to suppose extremely overheated as well as sticky, as well as we were worried to get everything cleaned up as well as turn down the control unit.  The cooling system made some different noises when it first cycled on, however it effectively cooled the home down. Unfortunately, the cooling system only ran for a couple of seconds before quitting. We instantly called the Heating as well as Air Conditioning business back for repair. We couldn’t understand what had caused the cooling system to fail. The Heating as well as Air Conditioning business took the system apart as well as showed us the inner laborings.  They were completely blocked with construction dust as well as debris. The specialist recommended that we cover the supply as well as return vents before attacking an further remodeling projects.
