You know, I never knew that the control equipment was battery-operated until I learned the hard way, and i figured it was hooked up sort of like the doorbell was. It was this one day in the middle of the summer time weeks plus my a/c suddenly quit laboring. I was in shock because I had my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C patch up before the summer time even started. I rang up the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company to complain about my a/c not working at all. The Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C worker sighed plus asked myself and others if I switched out the batteries to my control system. I asked him what she meant, the control equipment didn’t run on batteries! She sighed again and later said that it indeed does run on batteries. I told him I would call back plus went to look at my control system. The control equipment was blank, plus then the people I was with and I was able to find the battery compartment. I then could see that it took proper AAs and so I changed out the batteries. When the control equipment came back to life, so did my a/c! I felt so stupid that I decided I didn’t want to call the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company back. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker already seemed to be super nervous with myself and others plus they were super busy with people that entirely needed help. The good news was, I didn’t have to pay for a service call and there was also nothing all that wrong with my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment. Those batteries must have been entirely solid because they certainly lasted a long time! I have been living in this condo for a little over two years and I never had that type of problem with the control unit.
