Early last Tuesday, I had a tune-up appointment for our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit. The appointment was originally scheduled for a few months previously, and I forgot all about it. I left for work on a Tuesday as if it were any other afternoon. When our cell iPhone rang at 10:30, I did not really expect it to be a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C provider. As soon as I saw the caller ID, I instantaneously remembered booking that Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tune up appointment. The service worker was still sitting in our doorway, knocking on the front door! Unfortunately, I was at work instead of being at home. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C service worker asked if I could come home, however I could not really leave work. I had to reschedule the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tune up for another time, since I wasn’t lake house for the appointment, I got charged a $28 fee for a no-show appointment. I was legitimately unhappy about the fee, especially because it was our fault. I scheduled the appointment for the following Tuesday, and wrote the appointment down in bright big large orange letters. I did not want to forget again, and I particularly did not want to pay another $28 fee. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tune up was this afternoon, and the supplier did not charge me the $28 rescheduling fee. Since I have been a long-time buyer of that Heating, Ventilation, and A/C dealership, they decided to waive the rescheduling fee this 1 time. I was delighted that I had rescheduled the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tune-up, because 1 of the important belts was wearing down. It undoubtedly would have broken in a month or several, and soon after that both of us would have been forced to pay for a more fancy emergency Heating, Ventilation, and A/C service call.
